I, the Client (CLIENT) intend to purchase one or more Telerik Consulting Express hours (HOURS) from Falafel Software Inc (FALAFEL). I realize that the HOURS I purchase may not suffice to complete all of the work I wish to complete, but I do have the option to purchase additional HOURS at the same hourly rate to continue the work. FALAFEL makes no guarantee that a certain amount of work will be completed within the HOURS purchased, but will make a best effort to complete as much work as can be reasonably expected for a senior software engineer within the HOURS purchased. FALAFEL does not guarantee the end results of the work or make any promise or claim that any particular end result will be attained. FALAFEL’s commitment is limited to providing the assistance of a senior engineer for the HOURS purchased. FALAFEL does not take responsibility for the Quality Assurance of the work provided to CLIENT, CLIENT assumes sole responsibility for all Quality Assurance, including version control of changes made by FALAFEL or on FALAFEL’s recommendation, changes to software or hardware configuration, and anticipated or unanticipated side effects or other interactions with other software or systems that the work FALAFEL performs or recommends interacts with.
